A practical look at templates, published forms, responses, and working with your team in Dueem.
Getting started
What can I create with Dueem?
Create application forms, feedback forms, surveys, and other forms that collect structured answers. Start from an editable template or build your own questions in the form editor.
How do templates work?
A template becomes a separate draft in your workspace. You can change its name, questions, wording, and appearance. Your edits do not change the original template or someone else’s copy.
Learn how to start with a templateWhich question types are available?
Ask for short or long text, email, names, numbers, phone numbers, addresses, dates and times, single or multiple choices, ratings, signatures, and file attachments. Use a description block when you want to add context without asking for an answer.
Can I show one question at a time?
Yes. Choose a form that shows one question at a time or puts the questions on one page. Preview the form before publishing to check the experience your respondents will see.
Publishing & responses
How do I share my form?
Add your questions and use Preview to check the form. Publish it, then open Share to copy its public link. A draft is for editing; it must be published before it can collect responses.
Follow the publishing guideDo people need an account to answer?
A person opening a published response link can fill out the form without a Dueem account. Access to the editor and the collected responses is separate and requires an account with workspace access.
What happens when I pause or archive a form?
Paused and archived forms stop accepting responses. Use these states when you want to close a collection period. Review your form’s status before sharing a link with new respondents.
Where can I see the answers?
Open Results for a form in your dashboard. You can browse completed responses, search their answers, open a response’s details, and download its attachments when you have workspace access.

How do workspace permissions work?
People first join your organization, then are added to the workspaces they need. Workspace members can view its forms and responses. Their organization role controls editing and member management. Joining an organization does not automatically give access to every workspace.
Which files can a respondent attach?
A file question can accept images, documents, or ZIP files according to its settings. The maximum upload is 4 MB per file, and a form’s question may set a smaller limit. Attachments stay with their response and are downloaded through an authorized account.
Can I change a form after it has responses?
You can continue managing the form, but changes such as deleting a question with answers or changing its type are restricted to protect the collected data. For a substantially different questionnaire, start a new form or another copy of a template.
Are payments, branching, or app integrations included?
The current builder focuses on creating forms, publishing links, collecting answers, and working with your team. Payment questions, conditional branching, and automated integrations with other apps are not available in the current form workflow.
